Meditation is more than relaxation. Learn to quiet your mind and tap into a higher consciousness. Meditation relieves stress, anxiety, lowers blood pressure, increases memory and focus. Meditation will train you to live mindfully to create a happier, healthier lifestyle.
Adult meditation: (1 hour) Guided meditation to look inward, evaluate your motivations and behaviors, and make positive changes in your life.
Family meditation: (45 minutes) A way for the family to connect in a meaningful way, create a common language and work towards being your best self so the group is stronger.
Meditation for Individuals with Special Needs: (45 minutes) Guided meditation for relaxation, stress relief and reduced anxiety. This meditation will teach mindful skills to help self-regulate behaviors. (Please note the Studio is on the second floor with no elevator (20 steps). Let us now if you are interested and have a mobility issue.)
Open meditation: (1 hour) This is a free, non-guided meditation. Individuals may practice any quiet meditation that they find beneficial. This is a session geared for experienced practitioners, but everyone is welcome. A teacher will be onsite if you need assistance.
